Breakthrough

I have been suffering from Epic Dreaming disorder for about 4 years and my state of being in 2019 was very bad due to my sleep disorder. I went on Nortriptyline for a time and had a Neurology consultation where I was encouraged to "up the dose" even though the Nortriptyline was giving me unpleasant side effects and actually making my sleep problems WORSE. I'd also had to change my primary care doctor because my previous doctor told me flippantly that I "get more sleep than most people," ignoring the fact that my quality of sleep was very poor.

In desperation, I turned away from mainstream Western medicine and although I had been shunning all things cannabis, I finally decided to try HEMP GUMMIES. These have only CBD in them and are not actual "edibles". You can find them on Amazon and at Bed Bath and Beyond. And poof, like magic, I've been sleeping through the night and waking feeling rested and able to be a productive and functional human being once again.

I'm trying to get the word out, but there are few forums for epic dreaming discussion. I hope this post finds someone who needs it.

Good night and good luck.
